Lawyers of ICG have big experience in commercial disputes. We follow a professional and effective legal procedure aimed at the recovery of debts from companies based in Poland and abroad. While working on debt recovery, we always pay a particular attention on maintaining the best possible relationship between the creditor and the debtor. ICG has big experience in debts recovery starting from debts monitoring and finishing litigation and enforcement of court decision.
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE
STAGES OF DEBT COLLECTION PROCEEDINGS: STAGE I: ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS At this stage we hold negotiations with the debtor and conduct psychological activities in order to persuade him to voluntarily repay all his liabilities. This is the last chance for the debtor to avoid additional expenses connected with subsequent formal and legal steps aimed at debts vindication. STAGE II: LEGAL PROCEEDINGS A Lawyer's Office cooperating with ICG will execute all formal and legal activities connected with lawsuit preparation. This Lawyer's Office will also represent the submitter in court. At this stage ICG bears the expenses of legal representation (lawyer's fee). As a result of our activities we obtain verdict/order of payment as well as enforcement clause. STAGE III: ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS BEFORE EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS The value of liability has increased by the value of court fees. At this stage we act by compromise again (we try to settle the dispute out of court) and negotiate the terms of debt and costs recovery with the debtor. STAGE IV: EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS Apart from all the formal and legal activities (procedural steps such as making and transferring the application about execution to the right Law Enforcement Office) we take care of the proper course of the execution. At this stage ICG covers all the costs of representation in the execution. After an accomplishment of a successful execution the submitter regains the total value of the main debt, interests and court fees. |
