Since as early as the second quarter of this year it has been possible through ICG to make use of the electronic referral of a case to court, all thanks to the institution of E-court.

The ICG legal department has in recent months finalised the formalities and training linked with the award of the certificate, necessary for the use of all of the services offered by E-court. Lower costs of proceedings and a short order waiting time are only some of the advantages of E-court. Out of concern for the wallets of our clients, ICG is making its service available from 2012 with the full range of options provided by electronic writ of payment proceedings.
